This is the first post in the Announcements forum on the Woodlake Villas discussion board. At the 2017 annual meeting for the Woodlake Villas Horizontal Property Regime, it was suggested that the property implement a discussion board to foster greater communication. The purpose of this discussion board is to enhance communication between residents, owners, the board of directors, and property management staff.

This discussion board is NOT intended to be a soapbox for complaints about the community, your neighbors, the rules or their enforcement, or the property management company. There are appropriate means for handling such concerns such as contacting a member of the board, making a complaint to the property management company, and attending the monthly board meetings during the public participation segment. Maintenance concerns should be addressed to the on-site office at (843) 689-3366 or after hours at (843) 540-2147 immediately.

Civility and courtesy are expected in all messages. Users who violate the guidelines for the discussion boards will have their post locked and/or deleted, and receive a warning. A subsequent violation within 90 days will result in the user's account being banned. Woodlake's board of directors will be the final authority on the removal of users from this system.

We hope that this discussion board will allow community members to better connect with one another, the board of directors, and the property management staff.
